I haven't pooped in 2 days.I'm able to feel the stool in my anus but ,it's not coming out.I also took a delcoplex.No result till now.Someone please help me.

Now since last week the colour of my stool is very dark.It seems blood like dark.Also I have external hemorrhoids since 8 years,but it is not that swollen.What should I do?Should I go see a doctor ?Do my symptoms indicate anything wrong with my digestive system??
