Hello Dr., I am facing problem of high acidity and headache. Now a days frequently occurred. Please help

I have light pain in stomach region sometimes. Too much gas and farting. bulging experience after eating food. Morning need to go toilet multipe times. sometimes vomiting sensation and headache. this problem is existing from last 20-25 days.

Plz guide for precautions and food habits as per my reports. Ldl cholesterol 174, total hdl ratio 5.8, ldl/hdl 4.3, ca 8.8, direct bilirubin 0.4, total bil 0.7,indirect 0.3, b12 180, vit d 13. I take alcohol max 80ml weekly and non veg once a week.plz guide about permissible alcohol non veg n other food habits.rest reports are normal.symptoms were indigestion.had suffered from jsevere aundice around 15 yrs back when I was a vegetarian n non alcoholic.

Mostly my stomach remains tight i believe its gastric problem Can i knw some gd medicine for this issue For strong digestion

I have been facing acid reflux since 20 days and due to that i always try to clear my throat. Please suggest me how can i get rid of this problem.
