In my liver test, my SGPT level is 13 and my SGOT level is 26. Are these normal, or is there a serious problem?

Bilirubin total - 2.49 Bilirubin direct - 1.01 Bilirubin indirect - 1.48 SGPT - 84 SGOT - 44

Can I take pantocid 40mg 2.bd before meal instead PANTOP DSR. Because Chemist store told dsr is used for vomiting or belching but I have only too much due to that my food not digest. Doctor treat it's I.b.s but it's not. And my second query is can I take digene syrup 20 ml 2 times instead of gaviscon because both are Anta acid and gaviscon and PANTOCID 40 MG is currently keep at my home . and gaviscon will have to purchase. My currently medicine is equirex,goldcal,prothiaden 25mg2b.D,nexnuron,petril MD 0.5mg .and after meal PANTOCID 40 mg2.bd. But I don't have sleep problem sometime at sleep time and some time at night arround my abdomen tight arround 2am and after taking 2gas tablet I relief something then sleep comes that's happening to me 1 year after recovery of Bell's paralyse.

From morning like 10 times watery diarrhea and vomited once . Had chapathi and tomato curry and two banana. Small.. after that vomited . No underlying disease apart from thyroid . Took cod oil capsule with milk . Is that food poison . Pls suggest tablet. Nothing can be taken through mouth

After eating meal I used to go toilet . When I eat anything (breakfast , lunch,. Dinner ,infact snacks ) after or with in 30 min I used to go toilet .

My kid is having stomach ache and cramps from last 20 Hours. He has been given medication for same, but no improvement in health

I’hv been having painless piles and constipation since 3 years i can feel the lumps on my anus. iam 22 years old male. Sometimes my stomach get bloated.I tried lot of medicine . I want to know that am having constipation and bloating because of piles or another reason?

I do have mild gastritis and i take esokem D every morning for last 3 months as per doctor. I went through 2 times endoscipy and found everything is normal except mild gastrisis. My problem is for last 2 weeks my sleep is breaking early morning around 5:15 am and just fater that i am getting for poop and i am going for 3-4 times , then everything becomes settled. I have a tendency of anxiety but currently i am not dealing with anxiety but going to poop for min 3times before 8:30 am .

Sir/ mam , this is very urgent. My mother 65 year old, now bed ridden after operation of ortho for last 20 days. Now one problem became so chronic. She cant pass stool for last 3-4 days. She suffering too much pain at anus ans feeling uncomfortable. Lextive and doose tried but no progress. Please help me.

Someone gave me a tablet when I used this such condition are going with me I am totally confused he is my enemy do such pills are available in market
