Since last few years suffering from Gerd. I am taking omee once before breakfast. If i don't take that i feel severe chest & back pain. Then no medicine work sometimes a cold cup of milk approx 200ml i take and i had to rest for 1-2 hour. Then only i some how feel better

I am suffering from a painful lump near the anus. It is like a big pimple at just top of the anus and pain increases if i do some physical activity or sit at a single place for long time.It is a single big lump which pains, there are no other pimples only this single lump.There is no stomach pain or itching or irritation, only pain on that lump.Please suggest some cream to apply on it or medicine to cure it.
