When i gulping a pain is passing below my sternum after 5 seconds. Why this is happening?? And also my mouth is filling with water.

Horrible discomfort in the stomach skin redness in a line across my stomach like blister almost but more like a small sunburn, I have eczema but this is not that.. The pain in experiencing is terrible and at the Dr no cat scan showed any issues, in taking dicyclomine and it isn't helping at all, my body has had several infection lumps that dying down, but its like my body is shutting town and my stomach is gonna explode.
