I have burping problem acidity after one hour to meal constant expel of gas through mouth and irregular bowel movement s

I’m abroad and experiencing some gastrointestinal issues. I’ve had acid reflux, heartburn, stomach sensitivity, the feeling of a knot in my throat, sore throat, and nausea for the past three weeks. I was taking Zantac and it wasn’t helping, so I went to consult a doctor who gave me Nexium. I began taking it but it seemed to make my symptoms worse. I went to a different doctor who prescribed Valium and Buscopan to take with Nexium. Is this safe? Can I take them all? What side effects can occur?

Having burning sensation in chest I have taken digene and Eno but I can't see any difference kindly help me with this.

My mom can't eat anything. Sweats after eating and throws up. Feels relaxed after that. Happens alternate days. A friendly doctor suggested this must be gastritis. Not sure.

Doctors are not interested in doing biopsy because of low platelets. Contraceptives can cause this type of condition. She 4 years back she used livonorgestrel 1.5 mg tableta two times in a month. My mother is consulted with Dr.Lalit Nihal (gastro) at Raipur for low appetite (though feeling hungry but feel resistant to take food) and minor abdomen pain for 3months & she has undergone following diagnosis: MRCP(MRI), ULTRA SOUND, CT Scan, Fine needle Core biopsy (FNAC)sample take from affected part of liver, PAP SMEAR test, CBC and all type of blood test Urine test and urine culture test. Doctor has prescribed 3 medicine(Ganaton Total, Actapro & Becozinc)for 20 days but she is not at all recovering and loosing weight with weakness. I need your opinion as she is not able to come to u  and for that could I take appoint and consult u.
