Sir i have been totally lethargic whole day most of the times when i do exercise.This is happening from almost 2 years from now. I felt i lost control of myself and very down because of this.I took appointments many times and they say you are normal, when i took blood tests it was the vitamin b12 deficiency. level is 140 pg/ml. what should i do. i am sick of this problem

I am 42 year old man suffering from yellow colour urine. My blood test indicate SGOT elevated but normal SGPT.

I recently had an episode of gallstones passing with severe pain and a visit to the emergency room. After multiple ultrasound and a CT scan, there was only increase in wall thickness but no evidence of a stone, except circumstantial -resulting inflammation. But nowadays (it has been 7 days after the visit) I have been experiencing mild pain in my upper right abdomen, just where I had suffered gallstone attack. What are the reasons? Do I have bile duct stones? What might be the other reasons? How can I go on about without removing my gallbladder? What can I do to prevent further pain/attacks?

I have been having a farting problem . I cant fart .what do i do. Please tell me how ican fart . My gas is not outing

Worm has been living inside her. Doctor prescribed Albendazole and have been using every 3 months. It expels worms once she takes the medicine. However it comes back after a month or so. Have even tried the tablets. Worms increases if any sweet is consumed. Unable to gain any weight.
