Stomach not clear
I always feel full after passing 2 or 3 times stool in a day , Feel like stomach is not clear and also sometimes i got little pain in upper abdomen stomach , Feel stomach is coming or stretching to outside

Probably some infection? Protozoal infection.
Next Steps
appropriate antibiotics will help after confirmation of diagnosis.  stool examination may be done.
