I want to know that I go to clear my stomach 2 -3 times a day and when I can't go to clear my stomach in the afternoon then in evening I feel gas in my stomach and hot in the stomach . How to clear my stomach properly so that I can be free. From this problems.

Develop a ritual in the morning to visit the washroom. Don't get tensed about it.As everything is in the mind so give your brain the much needed relaxation.
Next include plenty of fibre in your diet like fleshy fruits like guava ripe papaya apple etc.
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid white bread and junk food of maida etc.
Have whole grains .You can take prebiotic yoghurt available in the market.
You have not elaborated about your stool consistency.
