I have piles and fissure and face severe pain while passing loo. On consuming non veg and spicy food it starts to get burn like anything, so I cannot sit as well. I am in pune looking for best treatment and best place.. Suggestions welcomed!!!

Frequently I am getting abnormal sounds like gases inside my stomach. The gases are not passing outside, inside the stomach itself it's getting circulated and making noise. Taking Rabeprazole 20 mg (1 0 1) for past one year to stop burning of stomach. Symptom is relieves while taking tablets. But problem resumes if stop taking medicine. Can I continue this medicine ?

Whenever i have meal, after 10-15 minutes i start to feel burning sensation in chest and stomach (especially on left side), which goes on for 15 minutes then stops/reduces. I stopped taking spicy food/fast food since past week and do not overeat. But it still happens. It even happens after eating fruits. I have been experiencing this for the past 7-10 days.

It happens once in a month for me..And every time it happens I suffer from a severe stomach ache for at least 5-6 hours And the pain will be unbearable and I can't swallow any food when it happens .is this normal ? I had meftal capsule today to reduce the pain since my doctor prescribed me one last time .. Every time I visit my doctor he says the same thing..Can you prescribe me a proper medication .please it would be of great help

I have headache , vomiting, feverish, body pain, motion, stomach pain, weakness, burning sensation. I have bloated stomach since 3 months and stomach pain , I often have burning sensation , Currently taking gas tablets , but since 2 days have weakness and body pains followed by burning sensation . I check for viral fever it's nagative . Could you suggest something for this.
