I am 22 yrs old male and since last 2 days i have headache and half solid stool 6-8 times per day ,no stomach pain no vomiting what should i do

I'm 19 years old and having stomach burns and sometimes heart burns. I started having them 3weeks ago and doctor prescribed me 40mg pantoprazole for 15 days and then 20mg for next 15. The burning stopped for a few days but now it's returned and I'm having them for continuously 2days now. They're mild sometimes and usually calm down when I'm eating. But increase at night. I also had this feeling of having a lump in my throat which comes and goes.

Hello, I'm 17years old. In september i had stomach ache and turned out it was gastritis. I took antibiotics and all meds and in november when i had endoscopy i was healed. i have been on grain diet still. i usually only eat oatmeal, mashed potatos, salads, and only chocolate . nothing fried. this morning, when i drank water i had immediately horrible stomach ache and now when i press my finger on my stomach it kind-of hurts. can i still have gastritis? please answer me
