Suffering from dysentry and goes bathroom many times .so think I have infection in my intestine as well as overall digestive problem

I produced gas more while sitting in chair there is a constant voice or little pain in left side of stomach

My indirect bilirubin is .1.63 and direct bilirubin is 0.32 total is 1.95 and ALT (SGPT) also on higher side which is 63 so please suggest that there is any problem.

My mother is 45yrs old she has 1.07 cm stone in gall bladder's neck area. Please suggest something about it.
