Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have the issue of constipation. My stomach is not getting clean. I do drink a lots of water, eben warm water in morning but it is not helping

Feel nauseatic, indigestion, acidity, gas pains, dizzyness, lightheadedness Mostly early morning, but sometimes continue throughout the day

I have been uaving abdominal problems since last 2 months. The problems include upper abdomen bloating and sometimes mild pain, heatburn and vomitting sensation. I have been taking medicines like pantocid dsr, pantop 40 , arystozyme , reflux forte , sucrafil etc. So What has to be done now.? I am just 24 yrs old and its very difficult to manage my work life with this problem. What may be the problem exactly and would like to hear some suggestions.. Thank you

Dear Doc, I was diagnosed with reflux during december 2017. For the past 4 months i was under pantaprazole..from 1st may i have switched to zinetac 300 mg (once per day at night) as i have kept the reflux under control through strict diet . But i still have pain in the lower end of the esopgahus above the LES and my esophagus starting from inner tongue is still dark red in colour .. please advise when it will heal and why is that pain.thank u.
