Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have a hemmorroid external and been using preparation h and witch hazel as I get them sometimes, I only have problems about once a year. I had diarrhea this morning and now the hemmorrhoid is bleeding and has been all morning, just enough that I see bright red when I wipe and in my underwear. Is this normal or is a trip to the dr necessary?

I m 21 yrs old.. Last two years I m troubling with my intestine problems.. Now a projection came out from Anus after bowel movement.. And its paining a little and inconvenience.. Can i go with Pantoprozole.. Will it work.. ANY SOLUTION PLS

Dear sir, actually the problem was since last 4 to 5 days i was having stomachache, my faeces were black in colour and was  stomach was not clear properly and also having loose motion  today with black colour stool but on 25/05/2018 night I was feeling very pain also there was very much gas, irritation in my stomach and when at afternoon I observed that my faeces are dark, black in colour so immediately I had gone to a doctor and he gave me two injections, ORS, and other medicines tablets in the attachment and after having these medicines my stomach is cleaned but still today and yesterday my faeces are black in colour and I think today I was having loose motion and in that case also the faeces were black so, sir plZ help me and tell me some ayurvedic or any other medicines to get 100% fit and healthy and energetic without having any bad effect on my body as well as on my pocket. plZ help sir. I have pain in my stomach blow side and lower chest and middle chest. When I drink water or eat food that time it LL b okey again after 20 mnts it remains pain

I have got the whole body scan and found AST/ALT level increase in LFT. Past few months, I've been getting sudden pain in heart that remains for few seconds, and as per doctors advise, it's related to Gastrology. I've a habit of puking food, if large quantity is taken as it doesn't get digested properly but this happens once or twice a month. When I got these scans done, it was found the level increase of AST/ALT plus low cholesterol. Could you advise what should be the precautionary measure for LFT betterment? Is this something serious which I should be worried about or could easily be cured through medicines? I'm an occasional drinker ( 2 times a week with not more than 60) with past smoking history, quit 4 years back.
