Having mild stomach burn (below chest area) since 1 week , indigestion happened , have frequent burps & belching after food . Took gelusil yesterday before & after food . Burps have reduced . But have stomach burn sensation during afternoon

Acidity before sleeping
Everyday I experience acidity at night before sleeping and then feel like vomiting. I take iron tablets before sleeping as I was diagnosed anemic. Is acidity because of the tablets?As it usually happens after I take tablets and go to bed.
