I eat outside food regularly but not all the time and trying to avoid the outside food but i am not able to do so. My dad brings junk food for me. and its affecting my digestive health. i am on holidays n my daily routine has changed.. should i maintain a proper diet like how ? i am planning to have safi so that it can purify my blood regularly

From last 5-6 years I have a repeated backache(lower spine) issues lasting for 3-5 days at once or twice in each quarter of the year. I have also gone through physiotherapy that give me temporary  relief. However I have noticed that backache and stomach issues (like bloating, indigestion, constipation etc.) comes together always. I am very much concerned about my diet intake. Use stairs and walk two times. Query: Is there any connection between Backache and listed Stomach issues?

Why do I feel something in my shoulder when I drink juice or water or when I eat something

My mum has been unable to eat hardly anything each time she tries.she cannot face food,feels full after few mouthfuls.over a month ago she went to A and E feeling weak tenderness to right side under rib cage.had blood tests, only came back was urine not ok.then discharged.told to come back next day for scan .gallbladder distended .then told to await contact to return for further consultation..now has blood tests via doctor.awaiting results.Shes been bedridden pain right side weak .please help

I got my first gall attack in the month of February this year and it was followed by 2 more attacks in march. I curbed my diet and hence didn't get the attack for the next 2 months. Now I got the attack again this month. I went for an ultrasound and it showed that the gall bladder is thickened by 4-6mm and multiple echogenic foci with max size 9.2 mm are present. I went to GMCH And PGI Chandigarh but no one is willing to do a surgical removal quickly. I am about to join my first job as a management trainee in sales and marketing from 2nd july. I am worried this would impact my performance and it would be difficult for me to maintain a diet as this Job typically involves lot of travel. Please suggest whether to go for the surgery right now or I can delay this for a year?

I have been having severe gastric problem for the past few days and my upper part of my stomach pains after every meal I have. The pain is really unbearable.kindly suggest what should I do.
