My brother is getting white poop

My brother is 25 yrs old and recently he was suffering from mouth ulcer on inside the lips part and inside mouth also .it was like that he got swallowed lips . And yesterday he got totally white poop .Is this a majour problem that should be treat by a doctor? He always suffering from mouth ulcer whenever he ate non-veg .is this any serious ?? And what is the reason of white poop??
