I've recently been diagnosed with diverticulitis and it seems to hurt more when I am sitting rather than when I'm laying down. Why is this? Do I put pressure on my colon when sitting?

I am unable to eat any food. While eating, I am facing enormous pain at the middle of my chest and heart. Food while going through valves, I am having severe pain & struggle. I have been suggested to take pantocid tablet and gaviscon syrup. I have taken the same for breakfast and lunch. Still, the pain is uncontrollable. Should I continue the same medicine or go for consultation again?

I have some kind of digestive problem. Most of the times my stomach will have some problem while digesting the food. Hi, I am suffering regular disegtive problems.. Especially Nausea after eating any food accompanied by acidity and gas sometimes. I consulted Gastroenterologist, who gave me some vitamin and thyroid test in which I found that I am Vitamin B12 deficient. He instructed me to take B12 Injections weekly. He dint give me any medicines for gas or acidity. What I would like to know is that the digestive problems are related to Vit B12 ? What kind of diet I should follow? Will I get well?

Sir, it all started like a week or 2 ago, whenever i drink milk like just milk or flavoured milk or cold coffee my stomach gets upset and i get diarrhea, but milkshakes like banana , mango, cheeku don't cause any trouble. is this a case of lactose intolerance or something else, is it because of summer (i never had this problem before). i live in delhi ?
