I am suffering from stomach upset from last 2 days runny stool and pukish feeling and loss of appetite

My wife's stomach is paining above belly button area, we tried ENO, it felt relieved for some time, but pain is back again, now its been more than 3 days, if pressed stomach on some point she burps, so yesterday night pressed till all the burp stops, it was relief for some time, then again pain is back, (today morning when she had to go to latrin, it was in liquid form). GASTROENTEROLOGIST is the right specialty i should take her to? Pls help, alao mention some remidies till i visit the doctor. Thanks a lot in advance

My husband is unable to digest food and it leads to bloating and gas. His job nature is in front of computer which might be the reason. He gets bloating and gas while having dairy products, Dal and any junk food including biscuits cake and chips. While he has stopped having junk food, he has not stopped having dairy and Dal because that's the only source of protein for a vegetarian like him. Please advise what we should do to increase his digestive system and metabolism since I am worried it might lead to bigger problems in the future.
