I've been having sharp pain in my right abdominal down below my chest, it burning feeling this came and goes again several times

I am suffering from acid reflux, they did endoscopy and everything is normal, they did 24 hour PH level monitoring and my DeMeester score is 17.6, am I candidate for antireflux surgery? Or can I choose surgery instead of being in medication for lifelong?

I am suffering from acute stomach ache which starts from upper abdomen and radiates towards chest and back. Previous night it was so severe that I had to rush to emergency to get it treated. There they gave me medicines to relieve gastritis e.g. pantocid. That night I slept well but again it started next evening. Please advice

I am feeling un-comfortable due to uneasyness for breathing.. having very high acidity and probably a gas problem.. due to this I have a have a deep breath afert every 5 mins so as to feel easy. What may be the cause for it and what is the solution for it? Regards, Rishikesh Nerkar
