Hi I have a issue of regular acidity . Whenever i will eat something oily or like samosa sandwich and all it makes me problem. Kindly suggest any solution.

Sir, I am having constipation from a long time.After delivery of child 4 years ago I am observing greasy stool at regular intervals.Gas formation is very high and seems to be in any every part of body.I need to go 2-3 times toilet even then stomach do not seems to cleared up.Things improve after taking ciplox TZ or sabgol husk and again deteriot as usual. Tried lot of changes in diet but all in vain.Having some homeopathic medication for some time and stool doesn't seem greasy for the time being but belly is full of gas all the time and constipation.Constipation started when I went on dieting for about a year.please advise.
