Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have some kind of digestive problem. Most of the times my stomach will have some problem while digesting the food. And I becoming more lazy day by day is it due to weakness or due to lack of required nutrients, vitamins. Pls help me understand my problem and suggest what to do. Should I visit a medicine specialist or a nutritionist.

Hi, I am suffering regular disegtive problems.. Especially Nausea after eating any food accompanied by acidity and gas sometimes. I consulted Gastroenterologist, who gave me some vitamin and thyroid test in which I found that I am Vitamin B12 deficient. He instructed me to take B12 Injections weekly. He dint give me any medicines for gas or acidity. What I would like to know is that the digestive problems are related to Vit B12 ? What kind of diet I should follow? Will I get well?

Sir, it all started like a week or 2 ago, whenever i drink milk like just milk or flavoured milk or cold coffee my stomach gets upset and i get diarrhea, but milkshakes like banana , mango, cheeku don't cause any trouble. is this a case of lactose intolerance or something else, is it because of summer (i never had this problem before). i live in delhi ?
