Iam having H. Pylori infection recently . I have started using medicine kit. Presently Iam having inconvenience in cheat due to Acidity ,shall I take Antacid gel in between please advice

The pharmacist has given me pantop 40 instead of pantop..Can I take the medicine (pantop 40)?  My stomach feels upset and o am burping constantly.

I have been having mucus in my stool for 4 years, I have had blood tests done to check for coeliac, blood count etc but I still have no answers. I don’t have any further symptoms other than my stools are usually quite hard which I have always had that problem.

Been having intense pain in my upper right abdominal area around rib cage below chest. It has been occuring since last October at least. Hello Doctor, I am feeling pain in my stomach. After taking breakfast yesterday, I didn't feel hunger at all for the entire day. At evening, I vomited and after that also I could eat very little dal rice. There was minor stomach pain during night as well. Any home remedy for this?
