Weight loss I want to loose weight. I am a software developer and working 10 hours and more

I am not getting proper motion.and it getting very hard and small amount.and I am getting right side of stmoch pain. How to over come this problem and please suggest some medecine.

I have h pylori test positive..with ulcer and gaestritis.....is it curable from homeopathy? Pls help....loss of appetite and pain in abdomen is major concern.

I administered my 2 year old boy with advent, he has recent surgery in his head so doctor prescribed advent 5ml twice a day in the morning and at night, now its almost three weeks since his surgery, today he is having severe diarrhea and headaches. I gave him oranges for the diarrhea. Please advice me what to do?

From the childhood, I could not eat properly(if I started to swallow one or two ,  then i was facing 'Informal hiccups') without taking small amount of water. For the past one year i am working irregular shifts mostly night, I followed irregular eating habits. I only eat after some good appetite/hunger. So that I eat only two times per day, i will take lots of liquid food other times. i am facing gastric problems, feeling full stomach always, some times feeling full above/ below diaphragm. Belly fat like stomach, laziness also my other problems. I just want to go for all tests, mainly liver related, so what are the tests should i taken. Thanks in advance.

I have had yellow mucus and sometimes bloody mucus I’m my stool for over a month now, no pain when I go and no soreness or itching I haven’t noticed any other symptoms that stand out or are worry some to me other then some light stomach, chest and back pain( more like a soreness then pain). My stool is also hard not loose and small(not super tiny but like golf ball size). Is this something I should worry about?

My recent ultrasound report says fatty liver. I will consume alcohol very rare and is limited to 30ml (once in two months). My question is it can be curable or not? And LFT test shows SGPT - 53 u/I and serum globulin 3.67 gm/DL. Please advice
