Since last 1 month, whatever I eat, I get bloating, pinching in stomach, left lower abdomen and too much acid. This in turn leads to continuous gas buildup and release. I am taking omez d twice a day. But may be as a side effect, I get quite a headache which previously I rarely used to get. Please suggest.

Hi, I've got so much gas and my stomach aches, sometimes it feels like period pains and sometimes like a pinching pressure. I burp all the time and I feel it coming all the way from the bottom. I can feel bubbles in my tummy and it makes gurgling sounds all the time especially when I eat.

I work in rotational shifts whenever i do a morning shift 7&9 i face gas issues feel like visiting the washroom every 2 hrs sometime wake up in the night with a bloated stomach
