I suffering from constipation. I want to know that could i use apple cider vinegar for constipation or not? If yes then what is right process to take it.

I am having pain during passing stool fro m last 4 days. After passing stoll I felt severe pain with burning sensation and it lasts for 1-2hrs. Currently I am using lox 2% gel but is not helping my condition.

I m facing acid reflux from last many years...sometimes it's very heavy..feeling uncomfortable due to this..sorness in chest..during lying position it irritate more near neck...suggest some medician...physical active with regularly excersize from childhood..used pantodaz dsr..feeling good while taking..any permanent solutions...it also cause heart paplation
