Stomach Problems & Remedies

I continuously pass air downward (no smell at all) but reasonably loud and burp regularly (specially after drinking water on empty stomach) & feel my stomach will burst. I eat home cooked food. I'm a sweet tooth. All the basic medical parameters are normal / within range & never experienced any allergic reaction to any food or medicine. What can I do immediately to reduce ballooning of my stomach & who should I consult for clear diagnosis & treatment. Thanks.
