Stomach Problems & Remedies

From past 4-5 months I am having issues with the digestion. Every time I fell like my stomach is full and tight. Many times there are minor pain also. Kindly suggest what to do. My life style is simple.

Iam 18 years old female abnormal bowel habits like bloody stool or diarehea or constipation and always a stool with mucus .. i have anemia 7.9 about year ago i made a stool test and i found amoeba but i cured from it and i canot sleep on my left side and lately i have unexplained weight loss

Before 2 year ago i was completely fit. But after some time i was feeling illness. When i conselt a doctor he priscribed me to thyroid test. At starting my tsh level was less then 0.5 after taking antithyrox 15 days.i stoped medication.after somtime when i tested i have been gone to hypothyradism even my tsh was 54 . Doctor told me to test Anti TPO and my tpo was 1400.then doctor started thyrox pills. And within 1 year i m feeling too much constipation. It's got sivior at evening . I have tried many type of medication and doctors. But haven't feel better. Plz help me.

All my life I have had times when my stomach hurts severely after i eat. There is no real pattern to what food causes it, and it just flares up randomly. It's usually a dull pain in my stomach, more to the right side, but it makes me not want to eat because when I do, I get super nauseous.

Poop doesn't want to come out and when I'm trying to pushed it out I get sharp pain in my racrum and all it come out is dripping and some old blood. I had hard stool for about 4 days but it did come out even tho it was painfully today it did not. I have hemoroids problem for about six years and they are external and internal. By the way I'm 20 years old.

Stool 4to5 times a day large amount of stool abdominalpain during eating anything with fever 3 times a day
