Burning sensation in Windpipe until throat all time even drinking curd milk increases the pain. Cannot eat anything with masaala or spices

Hello doctor I am having stomach ache since yesterday morning.It starts from the bottom and rises leftwards to top.it is kind of pinching and squeezing pain.So far as the motion is considered it is bit smooth and thin.

I am having stomach pain from last two days. I am not able to sleep due to this pain. Please help as soon as possible. I had taken pudin hara and spasmonil tabs given in medical store. But still I am having the pain very badly

I have gastric problem for past 10 years. Since I have frequent chest pain and chest discomforts, I used to take heart related tests every 6 months. In recent days I have more anxiety and shortness of breath whenever I strain like running for a while, taking stairs or make fast body movements. I have consulted with cardialogists and they said it's nothing related to heart. Could you please let me know whether it could be due to gastric problem or any other reasons. Thanks in advance.
