My father 68 years old and he face three time loose motion .......what can i do....

Hi am feeling my stomach tight scince last time and am feeling umeasy am not feeling hungry is it a gas prblm am also suffering with vomiting

From the past so many days i am facing digestive issues like extreme constipation .. heartburn .. bloating acid reflux etc but only at left side of my body  so now m experiencing pain in my left side shoulder and even jaw is there anything serious going on with me .. m worrying i also have an issue of anxiety .
