How to reduce uneasyness fro esophagus.. and acidity and burping.. due this itz difficult to sleep at night

Hello sir, my stomach getting heated tremendously, specially from 12 pm and after lunch, and at 5pm to 6pm, I feel hot very hot sensation in middle of my stomach for a week. How can I get rid of it

Hi,I am suffering from belly fat and also I have problem with constipation.Can you please help me out from these problems.

I have started with lot of acid or gas making in stomach since I went out of town in June, due to which I feel I have been constipated which is really very uncomfortable. I tried with djgene and tablet paunaheel 40mg...but after course back to same position. Please suggest something.

Problem continued from last 45 days loose stool indigestion and sound in andomen going for latrin  4 to 5 times a day feeling sick and tired using antibiotics like rifagut 500 mg econorm and  gentec but no effect I did my stool routine and vidal test submitting you the result. it started suddenly and few days back i became normal ,after that we did a party consume 1 beer some snacks pakoras chicken biryani and it again started what to do sometimes irretation in the throat and heavyness in the eyes sleep is not deep lose weight 4 kg in these days
