I have stomach bloating and diahrrea from 2 months and terrible back pain .losing weight and tummy bulging

Sir...since I had the habit of drinking I took LFT which is the first one below...it has bilrubin slightly higher then I took silly marine tablet and after 2weeks I checked my bilrubin which is shown second below it came down ... please give a opinion...

Quite frequently I am having abdominal pain nowadays. It starts from the upper abdomen and become sharp while going downward. When I am having the pain, it makes me squeeze and I cant able to move for the time period. I am taking lots of water throughout the day. Can anybody please tell me whether its a symptoms of appendicitis pain?

I have vomitting from this morning. And after that anything that i take is again resulted in the vomitting. Also there is loose motion. Plus whenever there is the vomitting.. there is alot of pressure exerted by stomach to vomitt more even if there is no vomiting. That force hi drastic.

Hello Doctor, My maids daughter is having too bloated stomach, where she is not eating and doing very less of physical movements. When she was consulted here at few hospital, doc said water is there in her stomach and this cant be cureable. Doctors have refused to take her case as they are saying very less chances of her survival. May i request you to please suggest what to do? If there is any good affordable hospital in Delhi/NCR where she can be treated. I am also attaching her ultrasound reports, where there is some disfunction in her liver. Please check and advise... I have been facing these problem for some days there was yellow slaiva and blood in my mouth when i wack up in the morning.

I am taking festal N from 2 weeks with no relief. I can see hard food particles like tomato skin in stool. Also having a lot of gas problem. A little burning sensation in urine.

My weight is reducing 12 kg in last 3 months and I feel I am becoming weaker.Back ache is very frequent for me and I get tired very soon. Especially my legs,thighs and arms muscles have become week.I had problems with digestion,and it burping or belching coming every day. I had done endoscopy and result out is H.pylori is positive and also erosive gastritis. I talked the medicine 14 days.I used to consume meat and eggs, which I have stopped from last 3 months.And also reduced the amount of food

Yesterday had I panipuri outside. Pain is unbearable. Had cyclopam tablet half an hour back. Still no relief in stomach pain.

Good eve doctor,pls help me I am worried abd I want to consult this,its been almost a month after my gallblader removed thru laparoscopic procedure,my prblem is at the moment I feel mild pain in my abdomen particularly in my midline and right upper quadrant where the removed gallblader sections,but if i stand straight the pain is gone but if Im sitting down I can feel mild pain is this normal doctor?pls answer my queries.Thank you so much and God bless
