Stomach Problems & Remedies

Have been suffering from stomach problems on and off from the past 9 months. Have had frequent indigestion issues. Been to multiple doctors for bloating, gas, indigestion. Recently have been having severe burning on both the sides of the stomach 2.5 inches below the rib cage a little towards the back. The symptoms vanish when I take antibiotics and antacids but returns once again when the course is completed. Please help urgently.

Watery diarrhea from 2 days with occasional fever . First I got fever and was treated for the same. Then watery diarrhea started which has not ceased .
