Having constant and severe pain in upper stomach since 4 am . We take Eno And attached medicine but didn't get any relive

Hi doc, I get lot of belching if I drink water the belching gets worse this has been happening from 2 months now gas will block oesophagus until I burp I don't get relief due to this I get palpitations sometimes I'm veloz 20 and lesuride for 14 days and it was better but I had alcohol a lot and again it started I'm thinking to stop drinking completly now but wanna know y this belching doesn't stop any other madice you suggest or test

My wife is having sharp pain on and around liver. Digene , eno and pudine hara is also not giving any relief. Kindly guide

Hi I have digestive pblm. When sleep lots of saliva comes from my mouth and my mouth taste becomes bitter and sour. While i slerp, it seems liquid or acid comes from my mouth. Is there any treatment for this pblm.
