IAM suffering from bleeding in entrails in entrails some ulcers are there so what treatment can cure this

From last 25 days I'm suffering from loose stool 4 to 6 times a days sometimes it's loose stool with mucas sometimes it is same what I ate some times it is loose  with black pieces and sometimes it's normal I feel to go for loo after 1 to 1:30 hrs and it's very little stool.
