Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've been having yellow stool for 2 months now and had excessive gas some weight loss. Went for a MRI with contrast and nothing was found. I would like to know the chances of being pancreatic cancer, what tests should I get done and the chances of cure in case it is. If not, what else could it be. Note, I don't have any pain and had struggled with gastritis for many years, and fatty liver at some point in the past. Overweight as well.

My right side of lower stomach aching . Finding difficulty to move body even more so when getting up or moving

Every few weeks my stomach hurts from eating. I eat mainly protein, vegetables and healthy fats. My stomach gets really big - upper and lower - and hard to the touch. Its uncomfortable to sit, stand, lay and walk. With this most recent flare up (currently happening) I am also experiencing pelvic pain. It doesnt hurt to touch the area, more so I can feel it when I'm moving or lifting my legs - a lot of pressure.

Hello sir someone given me a pill and after that I have gas and constipation problem occur in my body is it possible to have such problem in one dose that can damage internally intestine,liver and kidney tell me sir plzzzz I am a poor guy and I am suffering from big problem he wants to kill me.

I feel slight pain in the upper right stomach after eating. It is not unbearable, but still irritating. It feels like something is there inside. Just below the ribcage

Heavy liquid loos motion is coming from last 5 days... 10-12 times/ day..but problem is not goes away.. also concerned with Dr.. blood test, full chest x-ray, abdomen x- ray in these reports nothing comes..in ultrasound liver is fatty but in control..Dr said it is Diarrhea...but his medicines are not working from last 5 days.. what should I do
