Hi, I'm a nondrinkers, however I got Pancreatitis pain twice due to excessive consumption of non veg items, I have been advised not to take excessive non veg, so I eat very less nowadays, my question is, can I take anything other than red meat, the first time I got the pain after I took prawns the day before, even though I'm not sure that is the reason, my wife strictly restricted me to have prawns, so is it safe to have fish, prawns, will it lead to pancreatic pain again?
