I am suffering from constipation for 1 week and have no stomach ache and no gas

My girlfriend has been suffering from constipation from last 8-9 days. And she has not even gone to washroom since last 9 days. Please help.

Yeah this is one of those posts. Basically, I’ve been constipated for a few days. Some minor bowel movements have been possible but I can feel that there’s still a mass that I can’t expel.
