Since last 1 month, whatever I eat, I get bloating, pinching in stomach, left lower abdomen and too much acid. This in turn leads to continuous gas buildup and release. I am taking omez d twice a day. But may be as a side effect, I get quite a headache which previously I rarely used to get. Please suggest.

My age is 22 ...I have been suffering from constant burps through out the day... Whether i eat more or eat less ... Gas is formed some how... Comes out in the burps. Hi, I've got so much gas and my stomach aches, sometimes it feels like period pains and sometimes like a pinching pressure. I burp all the time and I feel it coming all the way from the bottom. I can feel bubbles in my tummy and it makes gurgling sounds all the time especially when I eat.

I work in rotational shifts whenever i do a morning shift 7&9 i face gas issues feel like visiting the washroom every 2 hrs sometime wake up in the night with a bloated stomach
