I have been suffering from left sided coalitis, solitary rectal ulcer syndrome and 2nd degree internal hemorroids from past 9 to 10 months which was diagnosed through colonscopy and ultrasound last month. I use to have bleeding in stools(blood separate), visited a lot of specialists like gen surg, gastro etc everyone given 5, 7 n 14 days of course but of no use suggested a colonoscopy, ultrasound, cbp esr tests and finially diagnosed then my gastentro suggested a 7 days treatment as mesalo foam, predmet, orni O nd syp looz and a strict diet plan for 6 months, after the treatment everything was good till 35 days no blood in stools clean n clear soft but now again I got the blood traces even after strictly following the diet and treatment plz somebody helppppp and give me proper and 100% successful advice or suggestion .. fed up with visiting lot of clinics :"( Please find an attached test report.

I have been facing mushy stool like peanut butter every morning,i usually poop only one time a day..i have gas problem also and usually fart afternoon to 8 pm,i tried bilwadi churan for 3-4 months but it did not help me,when i take medication to tight my bowels than it only make half poop solid after that all are like mushy and after 2 days it comes mushy what should i do?

Small bulge on two.sides of stomach..feeling the bulge clearly after eating.bulge just below the two rib cages...ultrasound of liver pancreas kidney spleen all done..all shown normaal.liver shown fat in ultrasound .LFT showed elevated liver enzymes..Frequent mucous frkm mouth all time. Hi. I have IBS gor the past 4 to 5 years. In this time it was tolerable and I did not had a serious problem. But for the past half a month , the pain has started to get severe, and it happens 24/7. My local hospital have consulted and given me medication but it just worsen my condition. Finally my doctor said that they couldn't understand my problem. Now I have to the internet for my problem. The pain is so severe that I literally cry form it. Hope you understand my problem and give some advise.

My mom was said that there is fat accumulated on liver hence there is oxygen decreased in body, when ever her oxygen goes down she feels v.drowsy and can't walk even for short distance. She doesn't even feel hungry few a times, how can this b treated please suggest.

My left breast along the ribs pain and boils apper on my belly around back .

Is ofloxacin use for gas in stomach acidity etc not like to take food in this conditn

Helo Doctors , As per ultra sound report my mother having 14mm stone in gall bladder . Please note that there was no symptoms We just did regular check up . She doesn't have any pain as well . Is there any treatment without surgery . Is there any complications if we will not go for surgery . Please also suggest criticality of surgery . What will  problems in future  if gall bladder is removed as per surgery treatment . Thanks

Patient have nausea and vomiting two time at morning after 9 days of surgery. Rational=Becz patient have bedsore(2nd grade) at the coccyx, so I have to give him side laying position at night. After waking patient feels nausea and then vomits two times..Then I give Pentop pricribed by doctor... Now patient feels batter... But I want to know diet plan which suits patient needs. Patients also has swelling on feet. So plz advise me about diet plan. Thanx
