My dad is having continuous hiccups since last 6days. Before 3days we consulted a physician and he prescribed him Rantac OD 300, ESOZ L, Chlorpromazine 25mg,Liofen10 and Tricaine syrup. Ever after continuing this medication for 3days hiccups haven't stopped and there is no progress in condition. Are we on the correct line of treatment or we need to consult a Gastro doctor now? Kindly advice as hiccups have not stopped after 3days of treatment. LFT and KFT test reports are fine as well. Uric acid is slightly higher for which Febustat 40 is prescribed twice daily. Please advice.

Recently I had laparoscopic cholecystectomy. After that sometimes gas is being formed. I experience slight pain in my back. At times I also experience pelvic pain. After meals, I feel full and my tummy seems tight. I also don't have much appetite. Are these post operative symptoms? What should I do?
