Hello ive been losing my appetite as well as weight . in the last 5 months ive lost about 6 kg but my body is bloating up. my stomach is specially bloating . my feet are drying up to the point that skin comes off in hard flakes sometimes. i have a pain in my left side right below the rib cage and i also have trouble sleeping. a friend told me that my kidney might be causing the problem. can u help me?

2 days back I have gone through a LFT test that's showing high AST and my weight also decreased from 70-67 in last 2 months some time have feelings pain in Stomach. Could you please describe the what's this mean, does this mean fatty liver and how should come out from this?

Always constipation, gas, feels heavy stomach even after small eating. She has been taking very light food. She doesn't eat pulses and many vegetables which cause gas to her since last 15 years. She is not getting sleep also in night. She is having Thyroid  and takes Thyronorm 100 mg. Her thyroid is normal due to medicine but frustrated with said digestion problem. She took all kind of medicines(Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and allopathy) but not releif. What is root cause.

I am having problems with my bowel movement since the last 4-5 days. My stool is hard and I think there is a digestion issue. My local chemist gave me Lactolook and Dulcoflex for the hard stool. Still it's hard at times and even when it is normal, half the stool is hard. Which causes a bit of a pain now.

I have tongue issues and doctor has identified geographic tongue. I have divestive issues as well so got the LFT test done. SHOT and SGPT values are 57.96 and 82.83. Is this something to worry about and could this be related to tongue problem as well. I am a ocassional drinker once or twice in month. Please suggest and which doctor should I consult. I have been consulting ent so far

I am having pain in my stomach, not so severe but it's uncomfortable. Would like to know the prescription for the same.

After my meals I get long burps again and again for 1 to 2 hours. This happens even if I eat some biscutes. But no other problem in digestion etc. What it can be?

I had food in a mall on 14th july around the same time i dashed into someone while coming out of the mall.after few minutes i had pain in upper right region of my tummy below the ribs.the pain went away in 2-3 minutes.the pain returned the next day.did a sonography which says grade1 fatty liver.i get pain on walking, no pain on lying down or sitting.what could it be.no relief yet.
