Pain in left side upper abdomen and loose motions along with moderate fever from last 2 days what can be the cause

I am know for chronic ulcers. I have not been taking my medicine and think that one is currently bleeding. When do I know to go see my doctor or just start taking my medicine?

I am known to have chronic ulcers in my esophagus, stomach, and below the stomach. Today I had a little bit of black stool, my throat and chest were burning, loss of appetite, have some gas, and a little tired and feeling like I have no energy. I have not taken my medication in a while so I will begin this. But I am not sure if one is bleeding. Should I go see my doctor or continue to take my medication?

The reflux is so high that it's not letting me to sleep , it increases when i take food !! More during night time !
