Hi I have been feeling upper stomach pain last ten days..cant able to eat...if I ate I feel pain and tend to vomit out myself... ultrasound was normal..tablets prescribed pentazec kinetix tab gaviscon pep   I took these tablets ...but feeling my belly and  abdomen pain.. cant able to sit or my continue..wat can I do

From the past so many days i am facing digestive issues like extreme constipation .. heartburn .. bloating acid reflux etc but only at left side of my body  so now m experiencing pain in my left side shoulder and even jaw is there anything serious going on with me .. m worrying i also have an issue of anxiety . Someone even  has suggested me to gt my b12 check . Wt to do
