Stomach Problems & Remedies

My digestion very poor and my skin always dry . Always feel gurgling sensation in stomach and constipation. I take many medicine for constipation but doesn't work. Please help

My toddler is suffering from constipation still 1 1/2 year we are giving pegmove 1 1/2 scoop daily now she is ok incase of constipation issue she pass stools every day after lunch. Now the problem is she is feeling very very hungry but she can't able to eat even a half idly. She feels itching while eating and behave like vomiting sensation so I taught may be this is because of worms in stomach,I gave her bandy plus worms syrup. But there is no difference in her situation. Please suggest me what I have to do to reduce the problem. And another one she has cold and caught also we are using medicine which is precicribed by doctor but still she have.
