I have pain in my stomach. When I m eating any I getting pain. And without eating also have pain. Gas problem also

I have bloated stomach and nausea. I’m unable to retain any food in my stomach as I always through up after consuming food. It’s been a week and I vomitted 4 times. My stomach feels full even though I did not eat anything. And drinking water is also a problem.

I have a skin that feels round at my anus,like my colon is prolapsing. It goes bit in after I'm done with my toilet. It is there since 8 years, haven't grown but is there always.
