Sir I am having loose motion daily 4 -5 times .I consult a doctor they prescribed me tamim o 200, virtuepan dsr,metrogyl 4oo and mavlac sachets 3 times daily for 5 days. Previously i am feeling very thirsty but now I am having relief from thirst and also going daily 2_3 times but my stool color is black and having abdomen pain .kindly suggest what should I do

Since yesterday I am having uneasiness in stomach. Gas problem. Sour water in mouth etc. Taken pantocid but no relief

One week ago i had severe diarrhoea issue..i consulted our physician and was under medications.but still i feel giddiness my blood pressure has gone down.i had done sonography of my abdomen and the report says multiple 9-16mm hypoechoic mesentric lymph nodes in R.I.F and possible enteritis..i am very worried is it a big problem or is it minor problem.please help.

Its been a few months I always feel fullness in upper abdomen even after 6-7 hours of eating. It continues all day with excessive gas and burps and sometimes heart burns. I dont feel like eating and my appetite has been decreased. I dont have any other health issues nor I do smoke or drinking. Not even I consume street or oily food but it happens with all kind of food. I do regular exercise and take meals on proper time but food intake has been reduced since it always feels like bloating. Please recommend some meditation.
