I have been having cramping in right rib and chest tightness and cramping and left shoulder pain since 9months

Night meal digested very late and some time I have to get in night twice or thrice because gesticproblem. Please suggest remedy

I am getting vomited when ever I ate non-veg, what actually the reason would be i am not knowing...i have gastric problem and have an habit of consuming alcohol frequently..can u guess my problem...thanks...

Severe gastric attack since 6hrs...no antacid working. Hv been having diarrhoea post eating anything past 2weeks now. Consulted a doctr. Taking his meds- pan-dsr, lactobacillus tabs last 1week.today suddenly severe ache began. Radiating to back, upwards, down to rectal, also to hip joint left side. Cant stand straight very severe stomach ache. Bp also fell to 96/62 in the evening. Feeling weak n dizzy

I have on and off acidity and Gastric problem.On some days it got aggravated and I feel discomfort in stomach. My brother in law advised me to take Providac capsule for one month. Though some relief but some days are bad my job is mostly sitting. However I am regularly doing walk and jog can you suggest some natural remedies on this. I am fed up taking antacids. From past few months I have nausea during morning. But some days are so good where I didn't feel any problems

I am not feelimg hungry from 1.5 month i have consulted a gastroenterologist and undergone endoscopy my biopsy of lower oesophagus shows inflamed gastric tissue with mucinous epithelium of intestinal type and no evidence of dysplacia and carcinoma my apetite is not proper i can't eat full meals my doctor has given me medications "Esogress-l,acogut,sufreez-o syrup but i am not recovering i don't feel like doing anything

I have gas problem which now become permanent. Every day my stomuch is feel full. Time time its increase more. Even if i drink water it's more bloat. Also have too much hair loss problem. Can you tell me why this all happing.
