Stomach Problems & Remedies

Soo much pain in stomach last 10 dayes at upper abdoman. Feel very weak.

I am suffering from the following issues- passing of gas through out the day and incomplete evacuation of bowels. Within an hour of going to the bathroom in the morning I start feeling heavy and discomfort in the stomach. Let me know if I can do anything to manage my condition better. I had taken a few tests about a year back and everything came back normal.

My son is 6 year old and he is suffering from stomach pain n vomiting, i give him him 7ml maftas pass n two times vomiting he has done
