Stomach Problems & Remedies

My husband , 28 yr old, is suffering from daily stomach pain before n after stool passing ..He farts a lot and recently he can't eat anything from outside as the pain increases too much ..he eats very less and goes then for passing stool ..is it any infection ? Prior he had IBS ..is IBS lifetime issue ?

I getting bleeding while pooping this happens rarely for me only lil blood is cuming out not a excess one what is the reason ...I'm very worried about this...

My father is aged 76 years. He is suffering form piles problem since many years. Due to mild bleeding with stool his Hb was come down to 6 in Feb,2018. After treatment, Hb gradually increased to 11+. Now After 1 month, bleeding started from anus & pain at naval button. Now for the last 1 month there is continuous bleeding while passing stool.
