I hv acidity and gas problem back pain frm  long time my my hlb27 is positive dr gave me medicibe retoz 90mg and razo 20 mg

Hello, I've been suffering from giddiness for past 3 months, sometimes I feel imbalance and someone is pushing me. And along with that small piercing pain in the chest and heaviness/tightness from the middle of the chest to throat. And severe anxiety, my heart beat becomes so fast that I feel like my heart is coming out from my throat. I've got ecg, 2d echo and TMT tests done 3 months back but they were negative. Last week I got full body checkup done where my homocysteine is 40 which should be less than 30, sgot and sgpt values are slightly high and D vitamin value is 10. I've been suffering this from past 3 months and this has become a major problem of my life, becuz of this my day to day life is being disturbed. Kindly provide me a solution. Thanks in advance

I have a stomach pain and heaviness right side of stomach... also feeling like something chocking or diffculty sowolling.. burning sensation as well...

Even after a little snacks i hv to go to latrin. Motion is semi fluid. And after motion it itches in anus .

Stool 2 times  daily after breakfast past 1 year have an issue still not yet resolve per day 4 times eating heavy lunch .have to increase my weight but weight not increase .. always feeling irritated

Adenomyomatosis was observed in Ultrasound report. The report is attached. Please suggest the way forward.

I took LFT one month  I consulted a physician he give silly marine tablet as my bilrubin was upnormal 1.7 and direct .9 but he didn't tell me any thing further After 2 weeks I again checked my bilrubin and it came down to 1.0 and direct .3  and again after 2 week I took LFT &usg as follows ...any serious thing to be afraid of...all my other liver enzymes were constantly normal...

On rice or any junk food eaten by me.causing gas and farting a lot..any medicine is not working can u explain what happen to me..my gas is unstoppable and with bowel syndrome and farting a lot...with abdominal pain
