Please suggest me good and mild dose of digestive enzymes ( Amalyse, Protease and Lipase)... i get excessive gas problem when i drink milk and take protein for bodybuilding....i am taking probiotic daily but no luck... i recently took Festal N and also Enzyplex and noticed a good relief in my gas problem... however i don't know if these two contains mild dose and can be taken for long term....i have gas problem since childhood

I don't smoke, drink or chew gutka or pan masala... in probiotic i take entroflora

Feel constipated all the time ..with irregular stool . Have mild stomach ache at random sides of the stomach ..no fever ..no obstruction in daily life ..but this feel is always there. Had ultrasound ..all normal .Blood test .. slightly calcium deficiency

Hello. My ALT SGPT Serum is 70 It is high. It should be less than 50. I checked this bcz hemoglobin is 17.4 I dont smoke. Kindly tell what to do. Diet excercise and medication. I m 21 years.

I feel like vomiting almost every alternate morning. I also feel like vomiting when I'm under a lot of stress or anxiety. In the mornings nothing comes out apart from white liquidy thing some times yellow. Problem increases when I have cough It's been happening to me since last few years. I want to know the reason and ways to prevent it.

I have pain in the upper middle abdomen, just above the belly button. It is already around 4 days but inconsistent. There are only times in the day that i would feel the pain, usually takes about 2-3hours. After I ate, the pain goes away. My stomach feels like it's always full and I burp a lot.  I haven't taken any medicine yet.
