  4. Diarrhea for over 4 weeks. Positive?

Diarrhea for over 4 weeks
I’ve had diarrhea and abdominal pain for over 4 weeks Was told I had an infection but the antibiotics didn’t do anything. Could I have been misdiagnosed? Would my blood work be a false positive? I have lost weight and feel fatigued.
