Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stomach has been bloated and distended for three days. Sometimes it's difficult to urinate, but not always. My stools have been softer than normal. Other than today, my appetite has been normal (today, I'm stressed out, so I feel as if that may be affecting it). I'm worried but cannot get into my doctor for another three weeks. Should I try to see someone else?

After vomiting feel gas in stomach. It cant be release. Not at mouth or back. Did not sleeping due to this gas

For fee days I have noticed bleeding while passing stool. Though I have no difficulty or pain  in passing stool, but blood is coming out everytime I used to relive myself. There is slight pain at the lower abdominal area

Sir, i was having piles problem since last few days.Now i am feeling no pains inside anus. But now the problem of stooling is there. No stool at all since last 3 days. Taking isabgoal husk with glass of milk at bedtime from 2 days .Stool pressure arises but when sat for the stooling it cant expell out due to very hard stool. Is there any remedy?

I have been experiencing recurrent cramp and swelling of lump/mass which occurs in my abdomen when I cough hard or bend or lift anything heavy,this lump can actually be felt with fingers, it is very painful, then after sometime it disappears on its own and I feel relaxed.what could be the exact problem?
