I have pain in my lower abdomen and bladder. Yesterday also feeling pain and now also i feel pain. Please suggest.

Hi , I am a fitness enthusiast who tries to stay fit and also build muscle mass . To fulfill my fitness goals I have started to workout at a gym in my locality . Inorder to gain muscle mass my gym instructor has advised me to consume a creatine based whey protein powder (MuscleTech's Nitro Tech whey protein). My main concern is that I have a sensitive stomach and on top of that based on my research on creatine , I have landed on videos and articles that show creatine to affect the kidneys as well as accelerate the natural process of hair loss . Hence the advice I am seeking is wether creatine is safe to consume or should I stay away from it . Looking forward for your advice . Thankyou .

I pass smelly farts at night atleast 3-4 times a week since past few months. Happens only at night (10:30pm-1am) Dinner timing 8:30-9pm. Never happened before on regular basis. No major changes in food habits. No other complications of headache/constipation / stomach pain/ discomfort. Only smelly farts.

Swelling in stomach and flatulence after typhoid in January. Hypothyroidism detected over 20+ years ago. On thyroid medication. Symtoms of fatigue and vertigo especially in the mornings and late evenings. On high blood pressure medication for 2 years, 2.5mg. Why do I not feel fit?

From last 4 days, I am having stomach pain like hell after having lunch and dinner only. Pain exists for 2-3 hours and then everything will become normal like nothing has happened. I have ibs. I've tried many doctors and medicine but the problem still persists. Not getting proper motion in the morning, urge to go to toilet after breakfast, feeling uncomfortable the entire day. What do i do ?

Hello, my father is suffering from constipation since 30yrs. He has tried many medicines-(ayurvedic, homeopathic and allopathic) but no relief. Currently, on someone's suggestion he has started having tobacco. I'm bit worried about this. Kindly advice me. He has also started having water morning but no relief.
