Postsurgical diet(spleenectomy)
Patient have nausea and vomiting two time at morning after 9 days of surgery.
Rational=Becz patient have bedsore(2nd grade) at the coccyx, so I have to give him side laying position at night. After waking patient feels nausea and then vomits two times..Then I give Pentop pricribed by doctor... Now patient feels batter... But I want to know diet plan which suits patient needs. Patients also has swelling on feet. So plz advise me about diet plan. Thanx
