14mm stone in gall bladder
Helo Doctors ,
As per ultra sound report my mother having 14mm stone in gall bladder . Please note that there was no symptoms
We just did regular check up . She doesn't have any pain as well .
Is there any treatment without surgery .
Is there any complications if we will not go for surgery .
Please also suggest criticality of surgery .
What will problems in future if gall bladder is removed as per surgery treatment .

A gall stone once detected (symtomatic/asymtomatic) should be removed.
World over it is generally removed laparoscopically (minimal invasive or key hole surgery).
Kindly consult a laparoscopic surgeon near you to guide you regarding the surgery and all your related queries.

[ ] Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then you require surgery. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone.
